This website is operated by Persona Creations. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Persona Creations, operating under the brand name Timebond Watches. We design, customize, and retail premium bespoke timepieces and unbranded minimalist watches to customers domestically and internationally.
2. Customization and Built-to-Order Policy
Because of the bespoke production required for both our customized creations and our minimalist No Label series, all timepieces are built and assembled to order. Once an order is confirmed, production begins immediately—therefore, orders cannot be modified, altered, or canceled. Please double-check all item selections and custom text input fields before submitting your order.
3. Accuracy of Engraving & Customer Input
Please ensure that all customized text, spelling, font selections, logos, and layouts are entirely correct before finalizing checkout. We are not liable for any spelling mistakes, layout errors, or design oversights entered by the customer.
4. Production, Dispatch, and Delivery Timelines

Varying Timelines: Each product has its own unique preparation timeframe. The exact dispatch time is provided directly on each respective product page, and this dispatch timeline changes from product to product.

Transit Times: Domestic transit within India typically takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. International shipping to select countries typically takes 7 to 14 working days depending on destination and local customs processing. All delivery windows are estimates and subject to carrier delays beyond our control.
5. Shipping Fees, Customs, and International Import Duties

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, both for domestic deliveries within India and for our available international destinations.

International Customs & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, local taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country upon arrival. Persona Creations does not cover or pay for any international customs charges or taxes. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Policy
Because our watches are built to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your watch arrives genuinely damaged during transit, features a manufacturing defect, or has a clear error made by us, please contact us at support@timebondwatches.com within 3 days of delivery.

You must provide your order number alongside clear photos/videos of the watch and its original packaging to qualify for a complimentary repair, replacement, or resolution.
7. Warranty
All Timebond watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery covering watch movement malfunctions and verified manufacturing assembly defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unapproved third-party modifications.
8. Pricing, Currency, and Payments
Prices on this website may be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or your local currency depending on your location. Payments are securely processed through our integrated international payment gateways. We reserve the right to update pricing, modify shipping destination availability, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property & Marketing
All content featured on this website, including but not limited to product designs, text, brand names, graphics, logos, and real-time custom preview tools, is the exclusive intellectual property of Persona Creations. By purchasing a timepiece from us, you agree that we may photograph or video the completed product for our portfolio, social media, and promotional marketing, ensuring that your personal identity remain strictly confidential. Our content may not be reproduced or used by third parties without our express written permission.
10. Customization Guidelines
We reserve the right to refuse and cancel customization requests that contain offensive, derogatory, discriminatory, or legally inappropriate language or trademarked logos without permission. If an order is flagged under these guidelines, we will contact you to revise the text or cancel your order.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our products or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
