What’s Covered

Watch Movement Malfunction: Any internal mechanical or quartz movement defects causing inaccurate timekeeping under normal use.

Manufacturing Defects: Any structural or assembly flaws present upon arrival that occurred during production, such as hands coming loose or case structure defects.

Water Resistance: As explicitly specified on each individual product page.
What’s Not Covered

Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, scuffs, or color fading on the watch case, bezel, glass, or strap over time.

Accidental Damage or Misuse: Cracked crystals, water damage caused by pulling out the crown while submerged, or dropping the watch.

Battery Replacement: Standard battery wear over time for quartz models.

Unapproved Third-Party Modifications: Any opening of the watch case or repairs attempted by unauthorized jewelers or watchmakers.
