1. Can I customize the watch before ordering?
Yes. You can preview your customized name on the dial and case back engraving before placing your order. The live preview helps you see how it will look.

2. What parts of the watch can I customize?
You can enter a name for the dial and custom text for the case back engraving.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, Cash on Delivery is not available. As each watch is fully customized based on your requested details, we only accept prepaid orders.

4. Is prepaid payment safe?
Yes, all prepaid payments are completely secure. We use trusted payment gateways that support encrypted transactions, ensuring your payment details are safe at all times.

5. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping across India on all orders.

6. Can I cancel or return my order after placing it?
As each watch is customized specifically for you, we do not accept cancellations or returns once an order is placed.

7. What if there’s a mistake in my engraving?
If the mistake was made on our end, we’ll gladly replace the watch. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

8. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its delivery status.

9. Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes. All watches include a 1-year limited warranty covering movement and manufacturing defects. Engraving and general wear and tear are not covered.
