Each Timebond watch is carefully built and hand-assembled to order. Because of the bespoke production required for both our customized creations and our minimalist No Label series, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been confirmed.
We kindly ask that you review all product choices, styles, and custom details carefully before placing your order.
If Something Goes Wrong (Damaged or Defective Items)
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If any watch arrives genuinely damaged during transit, features a manufacturing defect, or if there is a production mistake from our side, we will completely make it right.

Once our team reviews and confirms the manufacturing or transit issue, we will promptly arrange a replacement or a suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.

Handcrafted Variations: Minor differences in engraving depth, color tone, or dial positioning are normal characteristics of the custom assembly process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Unapproved Returns: Please do not attempt to ship a watch back to us without reaching out first. Unapproved or unauthorized shipments cannot be accepted or processed.

Replacement Conditions: If a physical return is deemed necessary by our team to fulfill an approved replacement, the item must be returned in its original packaging with all protective films intact.
