We ship to all cities and regions across India, as well as to select international countries worldwide. All orders are carefully processed, assembled, and dispatched from our primary facility in India.

Transit & Delivery Timelines
Once your watch leaves our facility, the transit time depends on your location:

Domestic Shipping (India): Standard transit typically takes 3 to 5 working days to reach most locations after dispatch.

International Shipping (Select Countries): Global transit typically takes 7 to 14 working days depending on the destination country and local customs processing times.
Your total delivery timeline equals the Product Dispatch Time (found on the product page) + the Transit Time for your region.
Shipping Fees
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, both for domestic deliveries within India and for our available international destinations. There are no additional delivery charges added at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, local taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country once the package arrives.

Tracking Information
The moment your order is handed over to our courier partner, a tracking number and link will be shared with you via email so you can monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time.
Delivery Issues & Custom Delays
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, or if the tracking status is unclear, please get in touch with our support team. While we cannot control local customs clearance delays for international shipments, we will actively work with the courier partner to help resolve any transit issues promptly.
