Each Timebond Watch is individually made to order — with your customization details.
Because every piece is personalized especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been confirmed.

We recommend reviewing all customization details carefully before placing your order.

If Something Goes Wrong
Your satisfaction means everything to us.
If your watch arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or there’s a mistake in the customization from our side, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the watch and packaging

Once we review and confirm the issue, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

Important Notes

  • Minor differences in engraving depth, color tone, or dial positioning are normal parts of the handcrafted process and not considered defects.
  • Please do not return a watch without contacting us first — unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
  • If a replacement is approved, the customer is responsible for returning the original product to us. We’ll cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement back to you.
