Processing Time
Each watch is individually customized and assembled after your order is placed. This includes engraving and quality checks. Please allow up to 9 days for processing and preparation before the order is shipped.
Delivery Time
After processing, your order will be shipped using a reliable domestic courier service. Most deliveries are completed within a few days after dispatch.
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping across India. There are no additional delivery charges at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery Timeline
From the time your order is placed, it takes 9 – 14 days for your customized watch to be delivered. This includes production and delivery time.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected time or if the package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
