1. Customization and Orders
Each watch is made especially for you, with your customization details. Once an order is confirmed, production begins immediately — so it can’t be changed or cancelled. Please double-check your engraving details before submitting.
2. Accuracy of Engraving
Please ensure that all engraving details (text, spelling, font selection, and layout) are correct before submitting an order. We are not liable for errors entered by the customer.
3. Production and Delivery
Customized watches are made to order. It takes 9 – 14 days for production and delivery within India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or regional delays.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because each watch is custom-made, returns or cancellations aren’t possible once production starts.
However, if your watch arrives damaged, defective, or with a wrong engraving due to our mistake, we’ll gladly offer a replacement.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll take care of it quickly.
5. Warranty
All watches include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing or movement defects. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or exposure to water beyond the rated resistance.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in INR. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product images, logos, and design previews, is the property of Timebondwatches.com and may not be used without permission.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal data is collected and handled securely as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our products or website.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
11. Order Refusal by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order in rare cases such as limited stock, delivery restrictions, or technical errors.
If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
12. Customization Guidelines
We do not accept engraving requests that contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
If such a request is received, we’ll contact you to revise it or issue a refund.
